Bug fixes
- Fixed west park path texture clipping.
- Fixed police not despawning correctly when out of sight.
- Fixed some missing colliders in the Shred Shack.
- Fixed being able to fly by holding a crate/barrel underneath you.
- Fixed dialogue audio level not saving correctly.
- Fixed an error that would occur when talking to a customer as their deal expires.
- Made the Shred Shack door openable from the inside (you could previously get trapped in there).
- (Probably) Fixed NPC models sometimes bugging out and stretching across the map.
